Parm an Bread Crumb Crusted Ocean Perch

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

My sister got me scallops and ocean perch for my birthday. Never had it, rolled it in bread crumbs, paprika, Italian seasoning. Baked at 500. Threw a buncha Frank's in tarter sauce to heat it up. Wish I had everything for the homeade spicy tarter I make with peppers spicy brown Mustard. It was good however better than plain tarter.

Good ol zucchini and yellow squash in garlic and herb garnished with crushed red pepper.
I like ocean perch, flavorful anf Fast and easy

Looks delicious. Haven't had sea perch before. Tons of yellow lake perch, though..
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Lake perch a lil sweeter. You'd die laughing on our MI hunting board alot of what you see advertised as lake or yellow perch is a pike perch hybrid named Zander.

These guys recognize it by the lines. They actually take them to BBB for false advertising. The one fella actually grills the waitress then she'll ask cook what it is. Lol
