Northern Supper

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

Mom used make these all the time. Hers were really good, had a friend that made um never drained water thoroughly, yuck.

Only my second hand at them, used the ratio of egg, crumbs, Mayo from.a recipe and went with my own spice blend, chopped onion, onion powder, garlic and parsley. Fried in EVOO. Consistency was good no crumblers

The sauce LOL BK Zesty, I'll go through drive thru and order, "Yeah I'll take 12 Zesty Packets"

What will you be eating

"Nothing Just need the Zesty"

I found a recipe to use as the stuff is awesome wanna make it.

Is that the fry sauce? I'm sitting in BK now and know they have a sign up saying they no longer carry the BK fry sauce.

I've had similar patties, but they had either salmon or crab in them. Are yours just the ingredients listed. They sound danged good even if that's it.

I think I'd be as big as a house if I ate everything that you post up.....fat and happy.

With all due respect, Tom. What is it?
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

You said Northern dinner. Is it a dinner from "Up North" or is it ground northern patties or filleted northern?

Canned salmon why I said northern as the south takes pride in their crabcakes whereas we got salmon . Grew up on em.

I see where you got northern from.lol
