Another Summer meal

Local Swiss and Mushroom Brat, sauteed onions and mushrooms on a poppyseed bun.

Roasted Redskins with garlic and herb and EVOO.

Spicy Slaw, found a recipe, changed everything, used Frank's instead of Cholula green, spicy brown mustard instead of French's, balsamic vinegar instead of ACV.
Really good garnished with red pepper instead off celery seed. Real good
