Blackening Seasoned Pork Chop

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

So sorta a plan B scratch head meal. I have a soup calls for wild rice I cannot find anywhere pissed.

Ok so thought what to cook. Kinda went Cajun. Had 1" Bone in Pork Chop. Gave a two hour brine. Pulled rinsed seasoned with Blackening, Pan Seared too Med. Realized had stove Top Cornbread Stuffing.

Green Beans, realized I had a bag I like heat. Made bacon green beans alot but not with heat. Other day bought Chili Oil never had, stuck toothpick in it tasted, yup hot.. Fried bacon left a lil grease in pan, threw in some butter and chili oil simmered til you could smell it, threw in beans, tossed, plated, garnished with red pepper flakes, awesome but hot.
