Looks yummy! No Swiss for this cat!!
The veggies look crazy good..
What's the sauce on the steak, Tom?
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

It's cheap Heinz Carolina vinegar based. I'm picky on sauce and I like this. I'm a thinner vinegar based guy, not fan of sweet.

There's a few Mart type sauces that fit the bill.

I like original Open Pit on BBQ and A-1 sauce on a steak sammich.

Your representing the mitten with Open Pit.
I hadnt had it in forever few years back grabbed a bottle, love it, it's thin and tangy. Alot use it as a base.

I was gonna go A1 didn't realize was out. People say " if you need it on steak your steak isn't good" anow I don't always use on steak but it's a nice change once in a while.

Same here on the sauce on steak. I rarely use it on steak but often use it on left over reheated prime rib or a prime rib sandwich. It's tasty as Heck on reheated, over cooked prime rib!
Open Pit on BBQ'd chicken is the bomb! I wish they could/would thicken it a bit more. It would make it lots easier to grill with.

Believe there's a thick version. Try This sure it will work teaspoon corn starch. Stir and simmer 2-3 minutes. Corn starch thickens everything.

They did, maybe still do, make a thicker version but it did not taste the same! I am a picky bastard!!
I'll have to try thickening it like you say.
