I injected a couple of chicken quarters with the Bone Doctor’s Original BBQ Sauce &
rubbed it down with their Premium Spice Blend Dry Rub Thurs. It has been ruminating
in the fridge since then. Put some hickory chips in the smoke box & cooked it with low
& slow, indirect heat for about 1:40.

I also grilled a nice sized sweet tator & the very last batch of asparagus. The tator took
about an hour & the asparagus less than 10 minutes.

No matter what, I WILL NOT CUT ANY MORE ASPARAGUS!!!! And that’s a FACT JACK!!!!
