That in & of itself is not unusual out here in the country. Then I noticed the
drip pan from the grill lying on the deck which told me that Pepe Le Pew had
made a nocturnal visit & the grill will now be moved into the side porch every
evening.
I had 2 NY Strips left in the freezer & decided that their time had come. I
bought a box several months ago & they weren’t as tender as they should have
been so I put my BD aluminum knuckles to good use. I also had 1 sweet tator
left & decided to grill it whole.
Timed everything perfectly as the tator was done at the same time as the steaks.
