MY BIRTHDAY MENU

Post by HunterGKS »

consisted of Baby Back Ribs, Atlantic Ocean Scallops, Sweet Corn, White Button Mushrooms,
& my homegrown Asparagus. Everything turned out well & the ribs were really tender & juicy.
This is the 1st time I grilled scallops & they were great!!!!

Outstanding, George!! We grill scallops all the time. When done, we serve them in a bowl with some melted butter. Out-Frickin-Standing!!
Great Birthday dinner!
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

I’d eat, take a nap, eat some more, take another nap. Looks great, I might even have tried that green stuff.

I can’t hold it that long. I rarely make it through the night. What was the beverage of choice with the ribs?
