Merriams nuggets

Post by Hoobilly »

Old standby I learned from family in Kentucky.

Crushed ritz crackers and crushed salted pecans

I’m full and happy right now

Just sweet enough to not overpower the meal

Tonight I’ll dip in mustard and then roll in the cracker walnut combo and see how that does

You're making me hungry. I did some soaked in ranch dressing and vinegar BBQ sauce and then coated in seasoned flour. Might try Ritz crackers next time.
Thank you Lord for creating these wonderful birds and allowing us to chase after them.

Dip in Ranch dressing and use finely crushed Cheezits is awesome too. I even used this recipe on chicken last night.
Put you plans in the nail scarred hands.

Another great was is to roll in flour, then dredge through egg wash, then roll in seasoned Panko crumbs, then deep fry. It’s on the Meat Eater website and he calls it Turkey Schnitzel.

I had panko a month ago. But plain and not seasoned. That sounds good
