Tonight's meal
Really nice when a girl you dated and a life long friend owns a butcher shop. Called her up said want two 2" thick chuckeyes. They're 21oz a piece. They're meats amazing. Gave a 2 hour. bath in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned with Kingsford original (really good) into oven for reverse sear to 120, into cast iron pan for sear to 128.

Thanks guys it was Awesome. That bread something to die for it's that chewy bread that has tug to it we pan toasted it.
Got a cool pork tenderloin planned for tommorow.
Then after that it's sampling for trailer. We have 3-4 groups of friends and family serve as.guinea pigs, they're excited. We have some different ideas. Y'all start seeing them soon.
Funny sal and I went away a few nights mapped out menu. She says can you get spices around while I shop. Literally two cuber boards full front to back. Two rubber made totes full of spices and seasoning also in corner, one of our storage unit has every cooking device known to man.

Eye of the chuck. Butchers cut We have them cut extra thick. We're stupid we shared one dog ate second.. Cooking for two sucks. We could feed a third world country with leftovers
We go out waitresses, you didn't like your meal? No loved it, we don't eat alot. Friends are like you should be 300lbs. We really watch our portions

yeah,,,I cook just for me mostly,,,,I enjoy leftovers so it don't bother me,,
