Vennie tenderloin

Post by ICDEDTURKES »

I never have brined venny before said what the heck, try it. Carmelized onions, tenderloin in a pan to med rare, roasted chopped baby yukons in beefy onion soup mix til well browned and stuffing. If you've never done taters with the mix do it, my favorite potato, ma used to always make.
Seriously you never made taters this way you should simple cube taters, we used baby Yukon golds, redskins work great to softer varieties.. throw wedged taters skin on taters in Ziploc with olive oil shake dump in Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix we used 1.5 packets shake up. Place in oven 350 for about 45 minutes or til they're good and browned flipping every 15

Ma always made this with venison my favorite way to eat potatoes. Try it

Dang if that doesn't look and sound delicious. My wife puts onion soup mix in the crock pot when she makes venison stew.

Nothing like Venison tenderloin cooked medium rare. Much prefer it to the best filet mignon. We eat a ton of venison - have killed five so far this year with one buck tag left. Going to be eating good in the neighborhood.
