Gills and a few crappie

Post by Scratch »

Been a while since I have posted. Don't have any turkey stories to share (work kept me busy) but I'll share a few fish pics I've taken. Me and my son have been out chasing crappie, bluegill and shellcracker. Wasn't able to get on the crappie like we have in the past but was still able to bring a few home. We've fished them from the banks, boats and kayaks. Nevertheless, we have a stocked freezer for future fish fry's. Also remodeled an old flat bottom I traded for. We decided to go with the Leland Cypress pattern.

Very nice. I love fishing for pan fish. Fun to catch and great to eat. Nicely done!
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?
