Stevens 301 20 gauge.

Post by Chrmayo »

I have been looking. On the egw page and see the ff3 mounts and they all say 301 410 only. Do they not fit the 20 gauge model? Picked up a 20 today worth the money and was looking at the base.

ff3's fit as long as you are using the picatinny mounting system that comes with with the ff3.
The 410 and 20 have a standard picatinny rail pre-mounted on them.

The 301 410 has a different mount than the 20ga. The 410 has that stupid post sticking up from the barrel that the egw301 base mounts onto whereas the 20ga just uses screws

You would order the regular .670 mount for the 20

If your talking about the little rectangle ordeal on barrel this 20 gauge has it. It’s a big Chunk with screw holes. I emailed egw and they said you could use the mount but had to remove a little material to make it work. I’m thinking just a bushnell trs25 or something.
