I’m heading to Florida about a week from now. Just realized the WMA I am heading to allows all day hunting. The only time I’ve been before, hunting closed at 1:00 pm. I’ve had decent luck striking afternoon Easterns that were lonely. I know public gets beat up in Florida early season. Any knowledge of Osceola afternoon activity? I would assume some of the birds would be more vocal in the afternoon when hunting pressure is lower and their morning brood of hens is more scarce.
