I looked out the front door a few minutes ago & saw this doe standing there looking my way.
I grabbed the camera & was able to open the door & step out on the porch without spooking
her. After taking a couple of pics, I started to move towards the porch steps which she didn’t
like. She started high-stepping away but stopped to give me a broad side shot.
I didn’t see a fawn but she is bagged up. It may have been bedded down in the beans or in
the corn about 50 yards to the east of where she was.
