Johnny Morris & Veterans

Post by Hoobilly »

I gotta hand it to Johnny. He’s paying it back and helping wounded veterans.

I might not but much of his product but that’s alright in my eyes

That is an outstanding move. Kudos to him!
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Visited the Spanish Fort AL store on Sunday. Of all the Bass Pro's I've been in over the years this was by far the nicest. Was given the veteran's discount with no problems.
Unrelated tip - if you are traveling Mobile AL has apparently outgrown it's freeway system. Traffic came to a complete stop on Sunday afternoon for no apparent reason other than the I-10 tunnel can't handle the volume. Came back through there yesterday morning at 6am and made it but traffic was already building. Looking for a reasonable workaround but don't see one.

Good on him. He gives a lot of money to good causes.
I sure wish he would take his stores back to what Cabela's used to be.
