This will certainly benefit gun shops close to state borders as people cross over to buy. Gov Justice has been on a mission to attract larger internet businesses into the state. No big online gun dealers located here to my knowledge. There are some exclusions in certain parts, ect. For anyone interested the link below defines what is affected and what is excluded.

How are they getting around Pitman-Robertson? Sounds awesome for the consumer but I would think this could potentially jeopardize some federal funding?

I think Pitman-Robertson money is collected from the manufacturer.
It is what it is.

I’m still baffled that he isn’t being recalled

New York is a prime example why our states need electoral voting for governors. Rural areas have no voice compared to the voting power of the inner cities

I agree with Hoobilly, electoral voting for NY. Erie county, Albany county, NYC all blue...rest of the state, RED!
