Had a great time hunting ghosts in SD. Headed back tomorrow after church to hunt Nebraska and another stab in SoDak

Took a couple pictures on the first trip. Tell me what the critter is on the paw prints

Nebraska has them too in the Pine Ridge area. Of course they are everywhere here.

I hope NE and SD work out for you on this trip

Dangit I wish I was still hunting. My son graduates HS tomorrow and the 31st is my wife's birthday, so I didn't have a chance the end of May this year.

Gobbler aka Dougie Updike said the spot I’m going is Pine Ridge area.

Lord willing we can meet out there next spring earlier and I can hit Montana with you. Definitely want to kill one in Wyoming and get a picture at Devils Tower

I recall that discussion on the forums. That was about the time that I moved from CO to MT. That was definitely the best move that I've made.

I applied for at least one job in the Black Hills when I was looking from CO. That would have been a good move too but probably more opportunities in MT.

I definitely will try

Explains the cost of Foxtrot Ammunition ! "If the boot don't fit, just return it" ! Sounds like a glove add, just sayin. :angel4:

The weather was awful when I was in SD. Found birds, but that afternoon rain and snow came in and we couldn't get back to where the birds were again. We decided to make the move to Nebraska, the next day a buddy and I doubled up on two nice public land Nebraska Merriams. Point is, SD isn't what it use to be, maybe Wyoming or Nebraska will work out better. Good luck man.

Flex as in walking on flat ground or walking on a hillside? These are the 2 choices I have it narrowed down to for Crispi boots

I need to email Crispi and ask them a couple questions

Is it the flex of the sole that makes the boot stiffer overall and less shock absorption making my ankle stiffened up?
