I'm bringing on an apprentice at Turkey Camp this year. He's a 28-yr-old complete newbie. I figured I'd set down my thoughts on what to get and what to do, and share it with y'all.

I've been down with the COVID for the past 10 days. However, the 4 installments were already in the pipeline and auto-published on my weblog even though I was bed ridden with fever. Yikes! I'm weak. I'm strung out, but at least I'm back in the saddle.

I got on the weblog and found out y'all must have been enjoying the series. Gobbler Nation has become my top referring site; you guys have been tearing up the place.
