Wyoming Area 3

I will be possibly be in Wyoming early April this year and the only season that will be in is Area 3 which is basically Gillette to the big horn mountains. I was planning to hunt public but after reading the regs and talking to the area biologist it seems that opportunities to get a bird on public in that area are slim, and according to the regs private is very difficult/impossible to gain access to. He did say I may run across one in the big horn mountains but they will possibly still be lower on the private. so I have two questions.

Has anyone ever hunted the big horn mountains?

Does anyone have land or a contact where I could pay a trespass fee?
