Dixon vest score!
eBay watching for Dixon vest and the price was higher than I wanted to pay.
Got a notice yesterday on a offer from the seller and I snatched it up. Hopefully I’ll have it next week!

I used to hate vest because they are hot. I’ve hunted my Dixon #238 and love it. Best made vest bar none

Re: Dixon vest score!
Early season, I run a vest (it is one of those that has the NWTF patch on the front) that I have had for 20 years or so. As soon as it starts to warm up, which can be as early as the second week down here, I go to a belt type with a butt pad and ditch the vest.

Nice pick up on the vest. Sweet piece of MO history.

Re: Dixon vest score!
I wouldn’t pay $50.95 for it to hunt with, but from a buy and resell standpoint, helluva deal.
The prices people pay for Dixon vests and old Greenleaf shotguns have always baffled me. But if one had the time and knowledge, he could make decent side money buying them for what their worth and selling them for what people are willing to pay.
