I opened it up & found a package completely wrapped in duct tape & a large wooden
crate. I said to myself, self I said: “This is like déjà vu all over again!!”
After cutting through several layers of duct tape, I got into the box & found several
different flavors of meat sticks & jerky: Buffalo Jerky, Honey Bourbon Wild Boar Strips,
Beef & Ostrich Stick, Beef & Pheasant Stick, Elk & Beef Jerky, & Beef & Duck Maple Stick.
Some real tasty stuff right there!!!!
Next, I started on the wooden crate. Last time, I literally destroyed the crate to get into
it. This time, I was able to remove the lid doing no damage at all. I got some great new
toys to go along with the new grill: 4 Mini Steak Thermometers, a meat hammer in the
shape of brass knuckles, Bone Doctor’s Original BBQ Sauce, Premium Spice Blend, & Carolina
Bold BBQ Sauce, Hickory Wood Chips & a Wood Chip Smoker Box. Great additions that will
be put to use this summer.
Thanks to my niece, Etta & the Avila clan. What is great is the fact that Etta had order the
grilling stuff without even knowing I had just bought a new grill. Just proves the old adage:
“Great minds think alike!!” Thanks again all.
Side Note: The reason I said it was like déjà vu is that I received a similar package 4 years
ago on the day after my birthday.
