A couple good days with some safe queens

Post by tgs »

Had a couple good days chasing easterns with a couple safe queens. My Browning A5 barked first and then followed by my Fox Sterlingworth shooting 2-1/2" RST shells. A fun couple days. Good luck all.

Congrats TGS. Where do you hunt? Approximate location, I am not asking for your honey hole. Those two birds are bruisers! [emoji1433]

NICE! The birds and the guns.
Thank you Lord for creating these wonderful birds and allowing us to chase after them.

Thanks guys. These are Maine birds. It's been a funny spring given the weather (snow last Saturday) and also all the added pressure from others who would normally be working during the week. But...it's all good, still fun times hearing spring gobbles!

Congrats on a nice pair of gobblers with a fine pair of old guns

I grew up using a Sterlingworth for most of my hunting, nice guns

Thanks again guys. Never really shot a s/s or any double growing up, always shot an Ithaca 37 20ga. The A5's are really nice, but that Sterlingworth is earning it's place in the line-up.
