Tennessee Triple

Post by Bigeasy707 »

This past weekend my brother my nephew and myself were able to pull off a triple on some Tennessee “super jakes”. This was my nephews first bird ever and I took the opportunity to triple with him and his dad. I don’t make it a habit of shooting jakes but it’s hard to pass up a triple. Lots of first in this hunt. My nephews first bird, all 3 of us first bird on our farm. My first 20 gauge tss harvest and my brothers first bird with a new choke shell combo. It’s a hunt I’ll not soon forget and I’m proud I got to share it with my nephew and my brother

How sweet that is, and it doesn't get any better than that

I wouldn't have hesitated one bit either, if I were given that chance also!! ;)

I will kill a super Jake in a heartbeat. If he gobbles and struts and plays the game, he dies.

Throw a triple into the mix and he never stood a chance!

Sir, if you passed up the opportunity to do what you did, you would be a bad person. Doing what you did, you are an incredible man, family matters. BTW, thanks for making my day, great story ! :old_glory:
