Way to go. Nice birds.
Thank you Lord for creating these wonderful birds and allowing us to chase after them.

Thanks all!
We are definitely blessed and ended up taking a guy Monday to kill his first bird. It was flopping in the swamp bottom at 7:30. We don't take anything for granted though. Every opportunity is a blessing in itself.

Yes, you are definitely "Blessed" to have land to hunt that has a good supply of turkeys!!Trustyrusty wrote: ↑April 8th, 2020, 8:02 pmAre you in upstate SC? There still are some areas where I'm at, that have birds, but there seem to be less all the time, especially when the pasture land is cut for grass for the cattle and not used to pasture them

Turkey density is just spotty in my opinion. And what holds birds this year may not hold them next year. I've got some prime land behind my house and there isn't a bird roosted within ear shot of it [emoji2361].soiltester wrote:Yes, you are definitely "Blessed" to have land to hunt that has a good supply of turkeys!!Trustyrusty wrote: ↑April 8th, 2020, 8:02 pmAre you in upstate SC?
