Nice goin' and send a few my way if ya' have any to spare as they're a sparse as I've ever seen in 21 yrs here!! :thumbup:
ever wonder where the white goes when the snow melts??

Thanks all!
We are definitely blessed and ended up taking a guy Monday to kill his first bird. It was flopping in the swamp bottom at 7:30. We don't take anything for granted though. Every opportunity is a blessing in itself.

Yes, you are definitely "Blessed" to have land to hunt that has a good supply of turkeys!!
There still are some areas where I'm at, that have birds, but there seem to be less all the time, especially when the pasture land is cut for grass for the cattle and not used to pasture them :banghead:

Turkey density is just spotty in my opinion. And what holds birds this year may not hold them next year. I've got some prime land behind my house and there isn't a bird roosted within ear shot of it [emoji2361].
Sounds like you live in Laurens county lol.

Cherokee and similar as you described!!

1st year since I owned this property, that I didn't have a single hen nesting by now and last year had 1 and have had at least 5 a year!! :banghead:
