Uncle Buds Catfish restaurant

Met up with Shooter and Lily last night in Murfreesboro
Ate at Uncle Bobs..
Whole catfish has been a long time for me
Absolutely delicious and will go back next time we’re down here

Sounds good. I've not eaten catfish in a while. I get fish and chips from a local restaurant sometimes and I really like good fish tacos, but catfish is hard to come by. The only time I can find catfish in MT is Cracker Barrel in Missoula or Billings and Famous Dave's in several towns.
A "fish fry" is a rarity here.

Last time I had this good of catfish was in Alabama. Cannot remember the name of that restaurant. It’s been 18-19 years ago
