Rem 870 410 pattern.

870 410 fixed full choke at 40 yards. #10 tss. I shot it a second time and got almost the same ( 201 in the 10" and 174 in the 10"- 20"). I tried it with out the buffer but it only did 160 ish in the 10". Shooters loads with ballistic products original buffer instead of PSB.

I should have said that it is a fixed full choke. It shot pretty good with #9 shot (150) and the same with #9.5 shot but it really likes the #10 shot. It also seems to like buffered loads.

I am gonna try one out of my 301. My boy claimed the 870. If it does 150 or better I will use them so I don't have to keep track of shells.

I have an 870 Wingmaster 410 I used last year. Shot a nice Tom at about 25 yards with the Federal TSS #9 load. I have a fixed Modified choke barrel and would love to put chokes in it! Pretty awesome pattern there.

I got this load from shooter. I used ballistic products original buffer for the 10 shot.

Pretty impressive pattern from the factory full choke. I have a full choked 11-48 410 that I may have to try with this.
