Been a good early season for us. Lots of birds doing a lot of gobbling and several near misses. Yesterday, took mine with a 28ga Benelli UL 1.5oz TSS #9 load. This morning, my son took his with a scoped Savage 555 28ga with a 1oz youth load. This was his second shot today, he got Tom fever and missed his first bird at about 30 yards. If his bird looks better, that is because it is better than mine.
