STOEGER M3020 TRIGGER WORK

Howdy ya'll!!! I'm wanting to lighten up the trigger pull and "clean it up" a bit. Suggestions on spring(s) kit(s) I should go with? Any of ya'll have personal experience?
I emailed Taran tactical and they said go with this kit...do I need the entire kit ? What do the other springs help with?
