Just picked up a brand new Browning BPS .410 at the gun shop and was planning on using it for the 2021 season.
Anyone have any experience with this gun for choke recommendations? Leaning towards an Indian Creek either .390 or .385 with 9 1/2s
Thanks!

Re: Browning BPS .410 choke recommendations
Depending on which load i shoot from mine depends on which choke. But for 9.5’s the 390 is gonna be hard to beat

Don’t try s or 8’s. Use 9.5’s or 10’s. Depending in your gun’s patterns the 9.5’s are easily a 40 yd killer. Only restriction would be pattern density. I get mid 150-170’s/10” at 40. Some do a little better. Some do worse

Are you restricted to those sizes of shot?
Like already said.. the 9.5’s are gonna do great.the duplex can be even better. The 385 or 390 Indiancreek is the ticket. If you want one pm me for pricing

I have a mossberg 500 410ga TSS turkey gun. Takes the same chokes as your's. I shot a IC. 385. Mine done ok with it. Going to try a jebs .385. I am using Apex 9.5 shot loads.
