Meadowcreekmounts vent rib

Post by Hoobilly »

Got my 2nd mount put on and sighted in yesterday.

Took 3 minutes to place on rib and tighten down. Easy to do and definitely use blue loctite so it stays tight. Burris FF3 took 4 shots total to dial in.

Loving how this shoots and can’t wait to use on ducks and geese this fall.

I have 2 on different Remington shotguns and have been really impressed with the mount. It actually is faster on target than the guns i have had drilled/tapped.

Will you remove the sight for wingshooting? I am considering a drill/tap on a Weatherby SA-08, but would also like to use the gun wingshooting and the mounting system on the Meadow Creek looks much more robust and suitable for post turkey season removal.

Nope. Leaving it on. I find that I can wingshoot pretty easy with it mounted on the rib on the 410 bps. I’ll probably hit sporting clays this summer to show others how nice it is

Makes them for 2 styles and working on a 3rd.

One is for Burris Vortex and another is a RMR base
