28ga

Post by Hoobilly »

Been on the look out for the metal final crimp tooling for my MecJR for over a year. Finally found one in a listing on eBay with a 12ga Mec reloader. I messaged the seller and asked if they would separate the 28ga kit and they did. Bought it for $80 shipped and it’s the best $80 I’ve spent on reloading stuff this year. Very happy with this as the plastic crimp tool just would not do what I wanted.

Now I have a perfectly rolled edge and won’t have to worry about smooth chambering now.

I Have metal in my 12, 20, and 16. I don't know why they ever went to plastic. Also it seems to get worse the smaller the gauge
