12 gauge Buckshot Load Data

Anyone here load their own buckshot? I'm wanting to start loading 00 and 000 Lead in 3" 12 gauge. If anyone has load and component data I'd greatly appreciate it!

Also looking for a 000 buckshot mold if anyone's looking to unload one.

Check out bubba Rountree outdoors on YouTube they are a dog hunting channel but he has a lot of buckshot reloading videos and gives all the load info.
