Federal 20ga 2 3/4” hulls

Can’t find them anywhere on the web. Anyone know where I can find a couple hundred? Thanks

I buy the three inch and trim them down

Yup. Super easy to do, and you then get an unskived 2 3/4” hull which roll crimps much better than a skived hull, at least for me. If fold crimping, I might hold out for 2 3/4”hulls because of the skive. Otherwise, I’d buy 3” and trim.

I talked with Federal a couple months ago about these, they said BP is the only place that carries Fed. hulls. :banghead:

Pretty sure from my understanding that once they are out of stock they are gone completely. Probably the only ones available in the future is the crappy zinc hulls if Federal does that again for one of their customers

I asked them about the zink plated hulls when I was on the phone with them, the feller told me that the zink plating was the only difference in them, same primer as the brass plated hulls. Yes, he said that the brass plated ones would no longer be available.
