Small Bore Turkey Gun Photo Thread
Ok guys let's see them!
I don't believe there is a thread that consolidates everyone's gun photos so let's start one.
I will add mine as soon as I get them uploaded to photobucket.
Thanks!
Daman

I just noticed, I have that exact gun in my collection!
It was going to be my 410 project until I bought the 500!

Re: new phone
I love my Galaxy S4, but if I didn't use it for work the wife and I would have basic cell phones (I probably wouldn't even have one) and save that $150 a month!

Re: New gun..?
That winchester looks good. Like seeing them step up in turkey guns. Get you an 870 20ga. Build it like you want it. You ain't too far from Waddle Wacker. I think he is shooting TSS. I bet anything he will give you a hand. You will have a top shelf turkeys only gun and a lot less cost. I have seen ...

Re: What's your favorite turkey gun?
I'd have to say the most recent one I purchased. Picked up my 18th turkey gun yesterday. Yes, I have a problem. My wife actually makes fun of me because every shotgun I bring home becomes a turkey gun. Even my side by sides and Model 12's. I wing shoot with them, but if I have a crew come in that n...

Re: Mossberg 500 410 24" Barrel
I'm not in love with Mossberg, but I owned the same gun you just bought. I rabbit hunted with it for years. It started having some issues feeding a shell into the chamber, so I sold it for $200 and bought an 870 in .410. But I really liked the little gun. I kinda wish I would've fixed it and kept i...

I dont think you are quite sold on the 20 yet... Although that M1 of yours is awesome!Shooter wrote:That sounds like an awfully good price to me. Not for me though. I'm not going any smaller than a 20.

Mossberg 500 410 24" Barrel
I have a chance to pick up a NIB Mossberg 500 410 with a 24 inch fixed full barrel for $175.
I would be buying it strictly to shoot TSS 9.5s for turkey.
What do you guys think?

Re: Benelli M2 20 Gauge
Been shooting ducks and geese with mine all last season. Killed a few birds this spring. Best fitting gun for me. I still think a double barreled is the ultimate turkey gun if set up correctly. Not to hijack the thread, you can shoot me a PM if you like, but what loads/choke do you run for ducks in...

P.S. Olt scratch box. Yep, that's the one! (I couldn't remember the name until I saw Ronnie's post). Actually, I didn't kill that bird, but he was the first one that came to my calling,...I just scared him away before he got to me! I found out that you can't jump up and run towards them to shoot th...

Re: What's your favorite turkey gun?
I have loved my smaller 20g guns but like preacher said when the pressure gets on my back I will trust my 12g citori. I know it and trust it. It's funny what we all lean on. When I have limited time to kill a bird or if I have been having bad luck, I always reach for my 870 Youth 20 gauge. I got it...
