Re: Weatherby element turkey 20ga
The Element is a inertia system based on the benelli and the franchi shotguns. The standard Weatherby SA20 gun is a gas recoil system based on the Beretta AL system which was developed 30+ years ago. In my opinion, the element is more reliable and easier to clean, probably not quite a soft shooting...

Re: Weatherby element turkey 20ga
Anybody on here have one? I'm thinking about getting the 20ga with the 22 in barrel. I was just wondering if they had any major issues I should know about. I couldn't find much by a quick Google search. I was looking at that or the sa20. Only plus for the weatherby was it was already dipped. That w...

Over/under suggestions
I'm looking at getting a over/under for skeet and some upland hunting. This gun won't get used a ton so I don't need a really high end one. Just looking some of the ones that have my eye are the franchi instinct l, cz, and stevens 555. I don't know much about any of them. It will most likely be a 20...

Thats a good bit better then my factory choke. Looks like I need to try that in mine. I had to really clean my barrel good out of the box to get any kind of decent pattern

Cynergy turkey gun
Just saw the browning cynergy turkey. Gun looks good with drilled and tapped with rail, and adjustable comb, and dipped in bottomland. Just not sure it's worth 2500. I do like the idea of having a close a d long range choke available tho

Do you guys use a case when your traveling out of state for your turkey guns? If so what kind? I'm looking at getting a hard case to hold 2 at a time but having trouble deciding.

Re: Snake Boots
I wear them to keep from rolling my ankle plus it's a lil more waterproof then a regular boot as far as depth of water I can go through without getting wet. I used to wear muck boots but they would slip on my foot bad after a lot of walking and cause blisters.

The other I took the mount base loose and cut straps of soda can I to shims and put under there to get it up before I tightened it backup then it should get th...
