Lausman Game Calls

Got my first pot call from Mr. Lausman today. Been wanting his Persimmon Popper for a while and got one. It’s awesome! I know
the Persimmon Popper is probably the most popular, but how are his other pot calls in comparison?

Anyone own both his brass & polymer tips? I'm dying to know how they compare. Something about that brass tip & the shape that's all out sexy. I've never run a trumpet yet, & am curious if there's a benefit, or ease to using either in comparison. I do know I'm willing to let Seth take al...

Another .410?

I currently hunt with a Stevens 301 .410 and have been very satisfied with it. Now I’m thinking about getting another .410 as a backup in case something happens to the one I’m currently using. I could go with another Stevens 301, but I like to change things up. Currently the other option in a lightw...

Thanks for posting. I see you went with the Vortex. How does it compare to the FF III ? I can’t speak for ccleroy but I have owned both. Much rather have the FF2 or FF3 I had 2 Venoms shift the dot on 2 different guns I’ve wasted a bunch of shells chasing the dot on my Venom. I think I can say at t...

Re: Whats everyone's ethics on shooting turkeys with a shotgun?

I saw no category regarding shooting hens off limbs with or without flashlight or night vision optics. However, it is bad manners and inconsiderate for the driver to shoot from inside the truck across the center console out of the passenger's window without asking the passenger first. Let them get ...

Tried and true trumpet makers

So I've become interested in trumpets lately. Been practicing using a cane yelper and I'm getting close to having it down. Who would be some "no brainer" suggestions for a trumpet call maker?

Re: EGW vs Sumtoy Stevens 301 base

I just swapped out the stock rail with the EGW yesterday. Really not much difference in height but the rail is taller. With the rail you have to use a picatinny mount which adds height.
