Gosh! I just ordered some calls from him a couple weeks ago. We talked for several minutes as I have relatives there. He seemed like a super nice guy. Sad news.

His calls are overpriced and his "He dead" comments in his videos is very disrespectful to his quarry! Thumbs down to him!

Re: 2023 Convention
I've changed my mind! I had intended to go Friday but Thursday is sounding better because all the goodies won't be picked over. I don't like to drive at night but I think the crowds will be smaller and it's only 2 and a half hours to home.

Re: Kansas turkey hunting trip
My wife and I went in 2016 on a 3 day draw hunt. One of several hunts on that WMA that year. We both got our bird in two days of hunting. The place was loaded with turkeys. Last year there was only one successful hunt. My buddy has killed several public land birds there in years past and he's had to...

Re: Tennessee Public Hunting
Going to see if they will pay you to hunt their state? As high as their NR fees are that would be nice! I Just wanted to know which of their WMAs were non draw . Their state agency's website will tell you with a little research. I did research the site not saying it's not there just couldn't find it

Re: Walking Sticks
My favorite is a straight tulip popular sapling. I find one I like and cut it not quiet shoulder high, put it up flat to dry. Put some kind of tip on the small end to protect it and when it's dried it will be light as a feather. A couple coats of Minn Wax polyurethane and it'll last a long time.

I wish I had a good place to share,10 years ago or so we had a few birds on our place but not so much any more. Just lost a 10,000 plus acre semi private spot. We, my son and I, are looking for a new place now.

Hello from Southern Indiana. Hopefully I can learn something here, I'm a 30 plus year veteran turkey chaser. I'm not very good at it but I have a lot of fun trying.
