Thank you, one and all!!! Not such a great day so far, but we are boiling 10lb of Shrimp for dinner.
Having my Doc, and Little Bro over. Me and Brice are gonna put the boat in the water tomorrow, and see if I got the engine fixed, maybe try and catch a few fish while we're at it.

Jason, I'm partial to Brenneke slugs, 2 3/4", or 3". Call me old school, but I have never seen any other slug outshoot em.

Re: Happy Birthday Shooter
Thank you all so much, but still have a little over a month to go. I didn't want to post my actual birthday on FB, so I put August.
BTW Ronnie, I'm workin on the Vette all this week. Getting closer to getting it back on the road.

The drop @ 90yds is 2 ft or more, and that is at 1250fps from the muzzle. Pattern at that range is pretty large.

Re: Sorry for my absence for the last year
Yes Sir, I'm doing quite well. I've been a lazy bum around the house for several years now, after losing a lot of mobility in my arm and leg. This Covid thing did not affect me one dang bit. I was at home anyway,... I did quite a bit of turkey huntin, but have to keep my trips inside of a ...

Re: Pt2090 wads
I bought 500 a few weeks ago, and I’m half tempted to buy another 500. I’d never use all of them, even testing and loading for some buddies. But that means I’d never run out. At $.09 apiece, I like the idea of having a true lifetime supply. Tommy, I gotta ask. Are you sitting in your living room co...

Sorry for my absence for the last year
I'm not gonna make any excuses. Just that I've been on too much Gobbler Nation Facebook, and chasin Turkeys every single mornin. Been taking it real easy since the car crash of 2014. Had to rebuild my big 40x40 carport, one of the storms took down, and having to rebuild the Vette back from the groun...

Re: Pt2090 wads
If I can get enough of you wanting some, I'll order some more. Sold what few I had left last week. The problem with them is they are 1/4 of the full price to get em here. 3/4 of the price for them is strictly the dang shipping. I know it sounds insane, but it's the complete truth. And just to clarif...

Re: Muck Boot Sale
Years ago, I thought mucks were over rated, and you were paying for a name. I used to buy ankle booties every year from Cabelas or Sportsmans warehouse. Fairly cheap booties. They would last a season or two, and break. I finally bit the bullet on a pair of Muck Ankle booties several years ago. They ...

Seemed like everyone had a Great time.
With Lily holding the GN decal in front of her face, and Mekayla hiding behind her sister, I just don't know about this bunch.
Heck, VAturkey didn't even notice we were taking a pic. All I can see of him is the top of his hat.

I have one, just like you described.
It was my fathers. He bought it in 51, when he was 16.
Pretty nice gun. Would sell, but It won't be cheap.

2020 Nashville Turkey Show
To all that will be attending, a group of Gobbler Nation friends and family will be hookin up Friday the 14th after the days events, and head down one exit from the Opry, and hit Uncle Buds Catfish.
So, if anyone is interested.
Trying to get a ballpark idea, so we can make reservations.

I am close personal friends with Ray and Sandy. They never fail to call me at least once a month, just to check in and chit chat, and see how we are doing. I can tell you first hand, that they are good, respecting people, with good and high values. I have no idea what that little blurb means, or the...
