Take the choke out, tape up the threads and top of choke and spray the section that shows with blank appliance high heat paint. Works fine for me in those situations.

Re: Red Dot Sight Reference Pictures
Ricky, can you take a couple measurements to let us know exactly how high they sit in comparison to one another, specifically the 336 vs Sumtoy. Like from the receiver to the bottom of where the optic starts? I have always believed the 336 is the lowest mounting option (and still do), but I don't b...

20 gauge 7x9 Duplex TSS
Who has duplexed the Big 20 XL Load? I did it with 8x9’s with decent results a few years ago. If you did duplex did you find the best pattern was by stacking the shot? Bigger size on top? Or did you mix the shot? When I did the 8x9 blend I stacked 5/8 ounce of 8’s on top of 1 ounce of 9’s. Let me kn...

12 gauge Buckshot Load Data
Anyone here load their own buckshot? I'm wanting to start loading 00 and 000 Lead in 3" 12 gauge. If anyone has load and component data I'd greatly appreciate it!
Also looking for a 000 buckshot mold if anyone's looking to unload one.
Thanks in advance,
Ricky

The Tristar and Weatherby are the same gun, so the hole spacing should be the same.

Was in the shop playing around today and took these pictures of my M2 20 and 3 different variations of mounts. First is a 336 mount, second is the Sumtoy and the final one is a standard picatininy. Thought this may help anyone debating on mounts depending on height. Ricky https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn...
