Re: A couple of Wisconsin Bears.

That bear is a hoss, he probably just skipped hibernation and ate all year long. Now he would be a prime candidate for that 10 gauge 3 oz. load of TSS ( maybe size TSS #1 buck) congrats to your friends son, nothing wrong with that bear, it will be better meat. around 150lbs is the average size bear ...

I want a trumpet from him but I can see I’m already out 😆

At the end of the hunt hold up the empty Foxtrot shell with your gobbler and claim the whole thing as a business expense, you could probably also claim the vest at the same time. This is a win win situation

Beautiful scenery, looks like a great day on the water and that is a good family activity. did alot of boating a few years back and saw some nice country, but used to hate coming around a bend in the river and seeing old tires and refrigerators rolled over the embankment after paddling for several h...

Re: Here's something strange

This turkey is highlighted in Jim Spencer's new Bad Birds book, chapter 3 he has learned to go swimming every time he hears a turkey call, as it's illegal to pursue wildl...

Yeah those numbers would make me a little nervous, but like Colonel Tom said you won't have to ever shop for Christmas presents again. I have several of the Tom Kelly books on audio and enjoy listening to them on hunting trips, He's one of the rare few who make it seem like your sitting around a cam...

Re: Jim Spencer's Bad Birds 2

Maybe spice it up a bit to get the comments started, something like---- would a strutter robot decoy still function and be able drive thru a chufa patch if it got shot with a load of TSS? I'll be placing an order and looking forward to reading your new book. I would also get it on audio CD's if you...

Putting it on an audio CD seems like it would take a long time, especially if you sold very many.

You don't have to record them 1 at a time, all you would have to do is sit in the center of a room with good acoustics and put like 10 tape recorders all around you, problem solved.

Years ago at a muzzleloader campout I got to shoot a canon at a target about 175yards out on a lake. It shot old spark plugs and they were fast and accurate.

a lot of fun and probably the best part of the weekend
