I have several custom box calls from very respectable makers. All very fine calls. Year after year i always end up with the Primos Box cutter. For me, it cant be beat.

I use the Parker 275gr. Didn’t have to size. They shoot great and hammer a deer. Using 60gr of 4198 That’s gotta pull the rug out from their feet so to speak 250BE for now. Hopefully with the brake it won’t be stiff enough for my daughter-in-law and daughter to shoot It absolutely crushes them. I l...

Just recieved my Sitka vest in the mail todsy. Its about as close to near perfect minimalist vest Ive ever seen. Going to run a water bladder for the first time. So it’ll be interesting to see how that stacks up versus multiple water bottles. Id prefer it in a Bottomland color..thats the only knock ...

Re: Setting up a Encore 20 ga barrel, choke help

I have the 20ga Encore barrel. I have blistering patterns with the IC .555. Went to a trulock .585 that opened up it into more of a”hunting pattern for me. I am known to develop the shakes. Im sure anything in between will be just fine.

Yeah, appreciate the responses. I gave no choice working night shift. Throw gun and vest in there before work, get off at 7 then hit the woods. Beats losing 30 extra minutes driving home to pick things up.

Im sure its not ideal to have your gear exposed to extreme heat in a car during the day but cant imagine evening spring temps are an issue. If im out of town hunting my vest is in the truck if im not wearing it. Not had an issue yet. Y...
