Hen with poults
Just now watching a hen turkey with 3 or 4 poults some 100 yds. distance in front of the hunting shack where I brush hogged the grasses and weeds down on Monday. Rained all day Tues. most of Weds. raining this morning but sun has popped out now. I had to use binoculars to see the poults as they seem...

Re: Post your positive feedback deals here
Just got my 870 20 ga. express barrel back from Paducah shooter supply. The barrel was already cut to 23 in. when I picked it up. Sent it to them to rethread it for Rem. chokes. The most concentric job I've seen on the alignment, better than factory. 9 wks. to get it back as it was in the middle of ...

I hope I'm putting this in the right place.
Is there a place of business that has better prices for the vortex venom or is it EGW all the way? $249 There.
Just checking.
Thanks

REM. EXPRESS BBL.
I just acquired a 20 ga. express bbl. obviously some body didn't seat the rem choke and shot it and probably blew the end off, any way it does not have any choke at all. It was cut off at the next post area that supports the vent rib, only about three inches as it is 23 and 1/4 in long now. any reco...

Re: Grandpa's old Model 12
Some of those model 12s (even tho they are 2-3/4 chambers) in the 16 ga. won't kick out the Herter's hulls, some of the Feds and some of the new Win. (Cheditte) hulls made in Australia. They are a smidgen longer, but they will kick out the Rem. game loads, old Win. shells made here, etc. Learned tha...
