I will be gettymore 9.5’s in the future and do some testing with them in the 1 3-8oz load. Hope to have something mean with them

All of those patterns are potential cripplers, and I wouldn't hunt w/ any of them. There are a lot of 28 gauge TSS load/choke combinations which produce true turkey hunting patterns which illustrate just how marginal those patterns are.

Umm yep..... I guess I wasn’t clear in the OP. These patterns are not where I want to be. Was hoping that some folks would post patterns w choke combinations.

I put the mic on my Tristar factory full this evening and it was .510! I think my pattern was blown. Carlson’s shows their XF to be .526! 510 is crazy tight!

My Carlson XF wasn’t quite as even as my Carlson Full choke pattern. I tried a Carlson IM too and it had really nice pattern out to 35 yards.

My 555 likes the TRULOCK .520 with 1 5/8 oz of # 9.5
Target is 10" cicle at 40 yards. Turkey is DRT!

That factory full will kill one all day long, but I wouldn't shoot one past the range tested.

You'll have a nice even hunting pattern at the range most birds are killed.
