Anyone know of a Father/Son hunt

Post by Big Pine »

Would love to take one of the boys on an out of state hunt and was hoping someone may know of somewhere that would offer a parent/child type of trip.I contacted an agency(Cabelas) and cant swing 1500 to 1600 each.

Depends on where you want to go and if you want to go semi-guided or not I would say there is quite a few places you two could go that is reasonable.

Out west I would ask Joe Conyers. He was a local feller here from my neck of the woods and does guided hunts etc All over our west.

Joe said..
1500 adult an 750 kids 15 an under ..2 birds 3 days with 4 nights lodging

Depending on where your from, Ky and Tn offers excellent turkey hunting. Especially if Sally’s calling
Don't start none, won't be none!

How old is your son? I know a place that would be a very nice setup for a father son hunt. Includes a rustic type cabin, wood stove, outhouse looking over a mountain side and way too cheap for the amount of turkeys they have. PM me your number and i’ll give you a call if interested.
