I was gonna post about that hunt since I hadn't seen it on here yet but I figured it would just give Doug a bigger head. :D We should reposition that birds coming from this side. Ya I know but he'll run past us to the jake ! Not an exact quote but man did they film that after the kill or before if after then Doug called his shot ! :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

Oh and when do the tshirts go on sale.

Started off poorly, but turned around, what did they expect hunting Florida public? That sight on his gun broke the stock!

Great video. As a general rule, I don't watch a lot of hunting shows due to all the ads but all y'all dune good.

CONGRATS!!!!

I do have a question for Shane. After you get the camera set-up, why don't you wear gloves. Movement of
the head & the hands are the most likely to be picked up by a turkey.

That reminds me of the places I used to hunt in FL. Kinda makes me "home" sick.

Great bird, Shane.

Doug, As a Florida Cracker & card carrying redneck, you do carry Duct Tape & binder wire in your vest for such emergencies
as a busticated shotgun, dontcha?? ROTFLMAO!!!!

Thanks. It's very difficult to operate all the recording equipment (4 cameras and 2 mics) plus the tripod head has several buttons/dials that need constant adjusting and trying to do all that with gloves on is nearly impossible.

I kinda thought that & it does make sense. Maybe cut the fingers/thumb off on a pair of gloves? I wonder if that may be what turned the birds around?

BTW, You forget to mention trying to keep Doug in line.

I watched the first episode the other day and thought that guy looked familiar, but never figured out he was our fearless leader.
