I find this more interesting for home defense and short range deer, etc. than turkeys, but still...

I may have missed it but didn't see him shoot the little short one that was on the bench with the rest of them.

I think that was pieces of one.

The only times I consider shooting without hearing protection are turkeys and home defense. Home defense is unlikely, so I can't see spending money on it. Turkeys, though, that would make sense.
