A new box call treasure

I just received this long box from my good friend Charles Anderson from New York. This is a style he calls a Road Hen. The box is 15" and the lid is slightly longer. This big box has perfect pitch and tone to my ear and can easily be toned down or can crank it up as loud as you can stand it. The longer box is not at all difficult to run and it generates more sound that can be felt. It's really cool and I will be taking it to the woods if I have to put swivel studs and a gun sling on it! It is made from mineral stained poplar with a Redheart lid. I call this red head LUCY.

is this they guy that goes by Chuck on Osage Roost? If so, I'm not a big fan of the sound of his calls, but you play them a lot better than he.
