Gary Anderson Ebony Friction Call

This is a Gary Anderson Ebony Aluminum call made in 2006. The striker is Osage. It's a new addition to my collection. I thought I'd share it as an introductory post to this forum.

It's almost too pretty to take to woods and the fields, but that's where my all go. I have a matching slate and glass in this wood too. The slate is the best of that surface I've ever run.

Welcome! Sweet pot! I don't own any Anderson calls, but have run a few and they are outstanding!

Yes, he does. Like all good call makers, his calls always sound superb. His fit and finish are top shelf too. What I especially appreciate is how he sculpts the pots. They are easy to hold and comfortable to run.

I have a ceramic on order from him. I'm looking forward to its arrival.
