I love scratch box calls. The last few seasons I've used a Richard Shively Super Yelper, and one by SS. You guys who use them, who are some of the makers that you like?

Only got one. It’s a Neil Cost. If I knew what it was worth, I’d consider selling it.

I've got a couple from Ernie Fetters. They're top notch!

2 WV boys I know of are making some solid scratchers at a real reasonable price. Josh Farley and Jeff White. They are around some of the turkey hunting sites I think. You can pm me for contact info if that interest you.

Having trouble sending a p.m. I'd like Thor contacts if you don't mind.

Another vote for SS. I've got 4 or 5 of theirs and they're all great. I never leave home without one.

They make a narrow version and one that's almost a square box. I prefer the square because I can run it like a jake/gobbler or a hen. I dont think there's a call out there that makes better gobbler clucks

I just found one I didn't know I had. It says Jack Pappy Lewis on it. Black Palm, Birdseye Maple, Alaskan Cedar and Box Elder.

I'd say it's a good one! I have one of his trumpets that I like.
